The purchasing process in our online shop is quite simple and contains from following steps.

When you've selected an item, press "Add to cart" - the item will appear in your shopping cart.
Next, after you finish your selection, press "Your cart". On this page you will see all the selected items listed.
In the line "Quantity" you can change the amount of goods for purchasing. After the amount of goods is changed, press "Recalculate" to see the total of your order.
In the column "Actions" each item can be: either deleted from the cart, or postponed.
A promo code can be entered into the corresponding field.

After all the necessary for purchase delivery information is entered (the receiver's surname and last name, delivery address, contact information, the way of delivery and payment etc.) to complete the process press "Order".
A copy of the order receipt will be sent to your email address, submitted during the process order.
Attention! An incorrectly entered telephone number, a wrong email address may be a cause for delay of your order! Please, always check your personal data you input while logging in and making an order.
After a while (normally, would take around one hour) when your order is made, our  manager will contact you, using the information you have entered. You will need to discuss on the terms of delivery and specify other details.

Note: There is an option to "Register" on our website for the regular customers. From your personal account you are able to view the content of the cart, your history of orders, to repeat back the order or cancel the order, to subscribe to the newsletter of the shop.

The prices mentioned on our website are fixed, with no need for surcharge at regular delivery conditions. Taxes are included in the prices of products.
Attention! For each single order there's only one method of payment possible at once.  Payment for an order with different methods partly cannot be proceeded.
Our customers are able to choose the most convenient method of payment for them:
• With a bank card, directly from our online shop;
• In cash or with a bank card on arrival of the order;
• In cash or with a bank card at the pickup spot.
